Miss Jasmine Panda is presently pursuing M.Sc. Chemistry from Berhampur University, Bhanjabihar, Odisha, India. She is a Gold Medalist and University Topper in her B.Sc. She was also the M.Sc. Entrance Topper in BU. She recently completed an internship at CSIR-SRTP in IICT Hyderabad. She holds the post of Senate Member of the University for the session 2019-20 in 'Academic Pursuits'.
She is a Governor Awardee for Youth Red Cross in 2016. She has received All-Rounder Award in her 12th standard for excellence in extracurricular activities along with studies. She is a Topper throughout her career. She has been Literary and Cultural Champion in her college days. She has also cracked a campus in Vedanta. She has hosted numerous events including International events and has been appreciated as an anchor. She has completed Masters in Fine Arts (MFA) from Aurobindo Kala Bhawan under Bangeeya Sangeet Parishad. Besides, she has also done a computer course PGDCA. Apart from being a versatile orator and debater, she has been a part of 10+ anthologies till now and loves to pen down her feelings! She is an amiable person interested in both Science and Literature, having a wide variety of interests like painting, sketching, acting, anchoring, debating, rangoli making, taking part in extempore, elocution, and many more...
In this COVID situation, during the lockdown period, she hasn't stopped achieving. She has taken part in many National and International events and has been certified for the same. She has been a winner in numerous Competitions and got the privilege of many titles. She has received almost more than 270+ Certificates till date. Many of the reputed organizations such as Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), Chhatra Sandesh from Odisha, Rashtriya Kala Manch of Odisha and India, many National and International Rotaract Organisations, The Inked Perceptions, Hum Foundation, etc. She has won the title of Raja Queen 2020 and Miss All Rounder during the festive season 'Raja' in Odisha. She has attended and gained knowledge from many webinars of her discipline i.e., Chemistry and also from varied fields of her interest and has been certified for the same.
Having a keen interest in literature too, many of her write-ups have been published in e-books and anthologies as co-authors. She has been an inspiration for the students as she is an example of merging both Science and Literature, and perfectly managing time to do all the activities. Not being depressed in this COVID situation, she has tried to uplift herself not only in studies but also in many extracurricular activities. She has utilized the Online platform very well and tried her best to grow herself from within and inspire others too. She is a spiritual person of a positive mindset and always tries to see the good in everything! Hope her achievements can show light to others and inspire others towards personal development and ignite a sense of proper time management combined with creative skills. She always do SWOT analysis, finds opportunity in everything, analyses her strengths and weaknesses and maybe that is her secret to move ahead in life, Jasmine says. All the credit for her achievements in this lockdown period, she has given to her parents who are her backbone, her teachers and professors who have always helped her throughout her career, her friends and relatives, and of course the Almighty in which she strongly believes. A satisfied and successful life is all that we can wish for her.
